Common questions

I can’t get my verification code

Codes arrive by SMS. Check the number you entered, including the country code. Codes expire, so request a new one if it has been a while.

My group won’t start

A group needs 4 members before the daily game begins, and holds up to 20. If members leave and the group drops below 4, it pauses until someone new joins.

I want to report a photo or a person

Use the report action on the photo. It hides the photo from everyone in the group immediately and removes it from that night’s scoring while it is reviewed. Whoever posted it is never told who reported them. See the Community Guidelines.

I want to block someone

Blocking hides content in both directions and removes that person from your reaction queue. You can undo it later: Settings → Blocked accounts lists everyone you have blocked.

I want to delete my account
